Terms and Conditions // Membership Benefits: The "SUBSCRIPTION // BIRCH COLLECTIVE" membership provides exclusive benefits including: $10 off every single purchase of $100 or more, both in-store and online, available at any time; Priority early access to events, pop-ups, launches, workshops, offers, etc; A monthly membership newsletter featuring recipes, interviews, and insights; Special range discounts on featured products each month. // Fees: There is no sign-up fee or administrative fee associated with the "SUBSCRIPTION // BIRCH COLLECTIVE" membership. The monthly fee will be deducted from the nominated credit card each month from your sign-up date then deducted monthly thereafter for 12 months. A renewal reminder will be sent 1 month prior to your membership expiring and you will be able to elect to continue or cancel. No notification at this time will result in your membership ceasing. // Cancellation: Members have the flexibility to cancel their subscription at any time, without incurring any cancellation fees. If you select to cancel this subscription at anytime, no further fees will be deducted. Pro-rata refunds will not be issued and your membership will cease from the end of the current month paid for. Cancellations need to be submitted in writing to enquiries@birchstore.com.au. // Membership Validity: Membership benefits are applicable for as long as the subscription is active. A membership confirmation email with details of your membership will also be emailed and required to be presented in store for purchases. This will be verified at the time of purchasing in store with our database of active members and therefore able to be identified as eligible for discounts and offers at the time of purchasing. For online purchases a code will be provided to each member that can be applied at the checkout for a $15 discount off every single purchase over $100. This code will be individual to each member, contact details will also be verified to ensure purchases are being made by only members and not misused in anyway. This code can not be shared and if identified as having been or misused, your membership will be cancelled immediately. Memberships are not transferrable or able to be redeemed by any person other than the registered member. // Usage of Discounts: The $15 discount on every $100+ single purchase applies to both in-store and online purchases. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers unless explicitly stated.Privacy: Member data and information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with our privacy policy. // Newsletter: The members newsletter will be sent to the email address provided during registration. Members may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. // Updates and Changes: Birch Store reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions, benefits, or other aspects of the "SUBSCRIPTION // BIRCH COLLECTIVE" membership at any time.
